**Assembler Operator

**

Pay: $22.85–$24.20/hr

Location: Alsip, IL

Schedule/Shift Details :

7:30 am to 4:00 pm plus overtime and weekends as needed $22.85/hr.

4:00 pm to 12:30 am plus overtime and weekends as needed $$24.20/hr.

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Assembler Operator for our manufacturing client to start 07/20/2026. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

• Assemble small components using manual dexterity
• Operate and adjust testing equipment to support workflow efficiency
• Fit parts to precise/close tolerances to ensure correct function
• Participate in problem-solving to identify root cause of issues
• Work mandatory overtime when required, including weekends

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong understanding of assembly operations
• Ability to read and follow standard work instructions
• Experience working with blueprints, drawings, charts, specifications, or verbal instructions

Skills

• Machine Operator / Manufacturing Assembly experience
• Reading and using blueprints and technical instructions
• Fitting parts to close tolerances
• Root cause problem solving
• Soldering experience (a plus)
