Realize the production rates given by the shift leader / team leader
Realize and control all his production operations with the requested quality, while respecting performance constraints and requirements (safety, security and environment)
Know and respect the safety rules related to equipment and people
Report with rigor and precision of his production to the shift leader / team leader
Ensure the cleanliness and permanent storage of the work environment
Stage work area and perform product subassembly and final product assembly according to work instructions
Connect cables, tubes and wiring according to specification sheets and work instructions
Knowledgeable and proficient with hand and power tools, ESD equipment, and the ability to be trained on production tools and jigs
Inspect, test and adjust completed assemblies to ensure that all assemblies meet specifications, tolerances and customer order requirements
Quality check and test assemblies by examining items for correct fit and performance against provided specifications
Maintain production line housekeeping, safety and organization of production and inventory
Provide support to inventory control as needed; includes conducting cycle counts as assigned

What Will Convince Us
High School or GED equivalent.
1+ year(s) work relevant experience
Possesses basic familiarity with electro-mechanical assembly and power tools.
Basic computer knowledge and 2+ years' experience with Windows PCs and applications (including MS Office). Familiarity with current releases of the Windows operating system required.
Good verbal and written communications skills.
Shows attention to detail and ability to carefully and thoroughly check work.
Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and ability to respond quickly to issues related to the “LEAN” manufacturing model.
Must be able to lift 30lbs. or more
Reading calculations and simple operations
Knowledge of materials, products, equipment and associated processes
Excellent knowledge of quality, safety, security and environment standards & procedures
Transmission of available information on his scope of work
Reporting to the shift leader / team leader
Communicates orally and / or in writing while passing instructions
Team spirit
