Responsibilities

• Assemble and test electro-mechanical components and systems according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks efficiently.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet industry standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
• Document assembly processes and maintain accurate records of work performed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in electro-mechanical assembly or a similar role preferred.
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
