Responsibilities
- Assemble and test electro-mechanical components and systems according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks efficiently.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet industry standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Document assembly processes and maintain accurate records of work performed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in electro-mechanical assembly or a similar role preferred.
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
