Compensation for this position includes a $1,500 Sign-On Bonus for external candidates!

Summary:
This position is responsible for the general assembly of products, as well as routine maintenance of the product.

Compensation:
Salary, general bonuses, and benefits will be offered commensurate with the successful candidate’s experience and qualifications. $12-17/hr based on experience

Education and/or Experience:

• High School Degree or GED required.
• Experience using basic hand tools, assembly, and electronic equipment
• Basic soldering skills preferred
• One year formal electronics technical training, production, electronics, or related work.
  
  

Essential Duties
Core duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Maintains positive and courteous demeanor with guests and employees
• Assembling electronic and mechanical products of moderate complexity
• Performing routine maintenance of assembled product
• Setting up and operating assembly and test equipment/fixtures
• Following standard procedures, drawings, manuals, and other documentation

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand or sit for extended periods of time. If reasonable, requests regarding ergonomic concerns will be considered. This is a high-volume, high-energy manufacturing facility that works to meet manufacturing deadlines. Must have the ability to handle repetitious and tedious job functions.

A typical office environment and biological laboratory environment comprise the bulk of the work environment for this position.
