We are seeking a skilled Assembler II to join the production team of one of our valued clients in the Texas Panhandle. This role plays a key part in assembling components and systems according to detailed specifications while upholding high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
The Assembler II is responsible for performing mechanical, electrical, and structural assembly tasks using hand tools, power tools, and various equipment. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fastโpaced manufacturing environment.
Assemble components and product systems according to work instructions, blueprints, and specifications
Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment to complete assembly tasks
Mount tanks and install related components
Perform panel wiring and basic electrical assembly
Assist with plumbing and compressor fitting
Operate forklifts, cranes, and other heavy equipment (certification required)
Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues as needed
Maintain accurate production logs and quality documentation
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and document any deviations
Use company software for daily production tasks
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Wear required PPE and follow all safety protocols
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Perform other duties as assigned
High school diploma or equivalent required
Technical training or manufacturing certifications preferred
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
Proficiency with hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Regular use of hands, tools, and equipment
Frequent standing, walking, and reaching
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
Must be able to safely operate a forklift and maintain required certifications
