Schedule

2nd Shift

3:30 p.m. – 2:00 a.m., Monday – Thursday

Pay: $22.33 - $26.40/hr

This includes a 10% Shift Differential

 

Position

As an Assembler, you will perform a variety of techniques to work with composite components as part of the manufacturing process.

 

Assembler Responsibilities:

  • Work with composite materials according to the manufacturing plan and instructions, wrap mold with composite materials in preparation for the curing process, to form composite parts
  • Check for accuracy in all prior documentation of manufacturing planning, reporting all discrepancies and schedule concerns to the supervisor
  • Verify materials being used are according to the manufacturing plans
  • Verify part ID tag and sign off on work performed
  • Adhere to schedules and time allowances for production requirements

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to read instructions and follow demonstrated steps
  • Experience using tools is a plus

 

Working Conditions: 

  • Standing and/or walking for 8-10 hours per day
  • Pushing, pulling, bending, and lifting
  • Handling objects up to 50 pounds

Pay

SEKISUI Aerospace is required by Washington law to include the salary range for this role when hiring a Washington resident. Pay ranges may be higher or lower for non-resident WA employees, based on the market data for their region, allowing us to pay employees competitively in different geographic markets.
