WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will perform a variety of mechanical production assembly work to construct, package, or repair all types of clutch shift (CS) PTOs. Adjusts work-orders, maintains inventory accuracy in the area, monitors work orders for accuracy, and ensures area is kept clean and organized. Assists in distribution as needed to pull material.
- Perform assembly and sub-assembly work using basic hand tools
- Interpret blueprints to construct products
- Maintain daily assembly requirements
- Perform final product testing
- Lift and move light weight to heavy weight objects
- Keep work area clean and orderly
- Perform other duties as assigned by the distribution manager and/or lead
- Must be able to secure and retain a forklift license
YOUR EXPERIENCES & SKILLS
- Assembly experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Ability to use basic hand tools
- Knowledge of metric dimensions
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Flexibility to effectively adapt to changing conditions and job assignments
- Ability to work well with others
