Located on scenic grounds in Plymouth, MN, Zero-Max offers a newly remodeled, clean, and climate-controlled production facility. Zero-Max is currently recruiting for an Assembler responsible for producing and assembling mechanical parts according to specifications.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Read and follow daily Manufactured Electronic Scheduler (MES) and other instructions to build and assemble parts in an accurate and timely fashion
- Make routine inspection of products after assembling
- Operate small hand and power tools
- Maintains a 5S work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations
- Participate in continuous improvement through submittal of improvement ideas and working with management and engineering to accomplish improvements
Requirements
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 3 to 5 years of mechanical assembly experience required
Required Skills
- Must be familiar with portable power tool and machine tools such as a drill press
- Requires a basic knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
- Must have computer familiarity
