The Assembler 1 is responsible for loading, operating, and unloading packaging equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Build kits and packages per SWS sheet

· Operate RF sealer per SWS sheet

· Verify kits and packages are sealed correctly

· Verify production quantities manually and with a scale

· Verify stock ticket is completed correctly

· Accurately complete scrap tickets

· Accurately complete daily production sheet

· Accurately update hourly goal board

· Maintain production pace and standards

· Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area

· Practice 5Ss

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

· Understand and follow verbal and written instructions

· Able to count and compare numbers

Education and Experience Requirements

· High school diploma or equivalent
