Assembler – 1st & 3rd Shifts

Location: Turners Falls, MA

Pay: $20.00–$24.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Hire

A local manufacturing company is seeking dependable Assemblers for first- and third-shift openings.

Pay and Shifts

• 1st Shift: $20.00 per hour

• 3rd Shift: $24.00 per hour, including shift differential

• 12-hour, 2-2-3 rotating schedule

• Overtime may be available

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and products according to work instructions

• Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy

• Use basic hand tools and production equipment

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Follow established safety and manufacturing procedures

• Work effectively as part of a production team

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, assembly, or production experience is preferred

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

• Strong attention to detail

• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts

• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
