JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an Assembler for Chemical Services to support the safe assembly, handling, labeling, packaging, and preparation of chemical-related products and service materials. This role is responsible for following work instructions, maintaining quality standards, using proper safety procedures, inspecting finished items, and keeping accurate production and inventory records. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, and experience in assembly, production, packaging, or chemical handling. It also requires adherence to chemical safety practices, proper use of personal protective equipment, and attention to detail in all assembly-related tasks

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assembly and packaging
2. Chemical handling awareness
3. Quality inspection
4. Documentation and recordkeeping
5. Safety compliance
6. Work may be performed in a production area, chemical service area
7. Will require standing for long periods, and wearing PPE (personal protective equipment) such as gloves, safety glasses, aprons
8. May involve exposure to chemicals, fumes, or industrial equipment under controlled safety conditions

Required Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Experience in assembly, production, packaging, or chemical handling preferred
3. Ability to read and follow written work instructions, safety procedures, and safety guidelines
4. Basic understanding of workplace safety and quality practices
5. Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
6. Ability to meet physical demands of the position
