FieldBridge is looking for an Assembler/Quality Tech in Sugar Land, TX to work for the world's largest oilfield services company. We offer weekly pay + benefits.

Pay/Schedule:

$19.50/hour | 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM (weekends as needed) | Weekly pay every Friday | OT opportunities available | At $19.50/hr and 50 hrs/week, earn weekly paychecks of $1,072.50 gross.

Important Notes: High School Diploma/GED required. IPC-610 certification required. Contract position through FieldBridge, placed at SLB.

Position Overview

FieldBridge is hiring an Assembler to join a leading energy technology client in Sugar Land, TX. This role is responsible for assembling and testing electronic and mechanical components, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring products meet strict quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble components across all product lines, selecting the correct tools and fixtures
• Test assembled products and troubleshoot/resolve any issues found
• Read blueprints and accurately identify components
• Operate equipment and set/maintain tolerances on mechanical parts and assemblies
• Create labor records for all transactions and support continuous improvement efforts

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2-3 years of relevant assembly experience
• IPC-610 certification required
• Experience assembling and soldering printed circuit boards
• Ability to read design drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Basic computer skills; SAP experience a plus
• Ability to use a microscope for extended periods
• Willingness to work weekends as needed
