Title: Assembler

Location: Sugar Land, TX

Shift: 1st Shift, Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM

Pay: $19.50/hour

Duration: 9 Months

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test products and components.
• Perform PCB/PWA assembly and soldering.
• Read blueprints, design drawings, and BOMs.
• Identify electronic components and use hand tools, fixtures, and rework techniques.
• Troubleshoot assembly/testing issues and identify solder defects.
• Use microscopes for extended periods and maintain attention to detail.
• Maintain labor records and follow standard procedures.
• Support quality and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant assembly experience.
• IPC-610 certification.
• Experience with circuit board assembly and soldering.
• Blueprint/design drawing and BOM reading.
• Electronic component identification.
• Knowledge of quality standards and solder defect identification.
• Strong fine motor skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and SAP knowledge.
• English proficiency.
