Job Description

**Position: Assembler

**

**Location: Simi Valley, CA

**

**Pay Rate: $20/hour.Shift: 1st (5:00 am – 1:30 pm) and 2nd (1:30 pm – 10:00 pm) both.

**

**

**

**Requirements:

**

• 1–2 years of assembly experience

• Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings

• Strong communication skills

• Good mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity

• Experience using hand tools and light machinery

**Preferred Qualifications:

**

• Aerospace manufacturing experience

• Sewing experience

• Troubleshooting skills

**Key Responsibilities:

**

• Assemble mechanical and electromechanical components

• Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and route cards

• Work with small parts using microscopes, tweezers, and fixtures

• Perform soldering, bonding, sealing, and in-process testing

• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards

**Additional Information:

**

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

• Must be eligible to work under ITAR regulations (U.S. Citizen, Green Card Holder, Political Asylee, or Refugee)

• Overtime and weekend work may be required as needed
