Manufacturing Assembler

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and mechanically inclined Manufacturing Assembler to join our team. This role is responsible for assembling high-quality industrial equipment while following established procedures and maintaining a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble industrial vibratory equipment and related components through all stages of production
• Prepare sub-assemblies and organize components for production builds
• Kit jobs and ensure all required materials are available for assembly
• Perform final assembly and product testing to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow standard work instructions and production procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area using 5S practices
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Basic understanding and safe use of hand tools
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic assembly issues
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and production processes
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Schedule:

• Full-time position
• Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
• Day shift
