Job Description

Penmac Staffing is hiring a full-time General Laborer for a local manufacturing company.

This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, assisting with production tasks, and contributing to a team-oriented environment.

Schedule

Monday-Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Mandatory overtime and Saturdays as needed

Overtime schedule: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with production and assembly tasks
• Support machine operators with materials and setup
• Load and unload materials and finished products
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform basic quality inspections
• Complete production logs when required
• Follow safety procedures
• Work with team members to meet production goals

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Attention to detail
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift and move materials
• Willingness to work overtime
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
