Job Overview:

**Direct hire opportunity!

Position: **Assembler

Shift Options: 2nd Shift: (2pm - 10:30pm) **-OR- **3rd Shift: (10:00pm-6:30am)

Shift Days: Monday - Friday (same for both shift time options)

Pay Rate: $19.45-Raise every 3 months (raise amounts & schedule below)

As an Assembler, you'll be at the forefront of creating high-quality filters and assemblies that keep industries running smoothly. What You'll Do:

As an integral part of our manufacturing process, you'll pull required materials, assemble a variety of filters and filter assemblies in accordance with detailed work instructions and engineering drawings, and utilize a range of tools—from hydraulic and hand presses to power tools and glues. You'll inspect final products to ensure they meet strict quality standards, support testing and repair functions, and cross-train across different tasks to keep the workflow seamless. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure every product we deliver exceeds expectations.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively
  • Strong attention to detail for inspection and quality control
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions
  • Basic computer skills to access work orders and inventory systems
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or related technical roles
  • Familiarity with hydraulic or pneumatic equipment
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and certifications within manufacturing environments

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in assembly or manufacturing is a plus, but we’re open to motivated learners eager to grow their skills

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Some lifting and physical activity involved in handling materials and components
  • Flexibility to support various departmental tasks, including washing, testing, and disassembling filters

Raise Schedule:

  • Starting: $19.45
  • 3 months: $20.35
  • 6 months: $21.70
  • 9 months: $21.90
  • 12 months: $22.75
