Responsibilities:
- Follow all safety standards and initiatives, including PPE requirements, LOTO, Open Eyes, and guidance from the Green Binder/PPE map.
- Adhere to the escalation process by reporting issues to the Line Leader first, then the Supervisor if needed.
- Execute tasks according to standard work procedures and documentation in the Document Library.
- Maintain flexibility as a multi-skilled operator, able to perform various tasks as required by the organization.
- Report all quality concerns related to material, machine, method, and manpower (4Ms) using the ANDON system or direct communication.
- Support production through additional tasks (e.g., cleaning, material preparation, pre-folding) while following safety, quality, and work instructions.
- Complete required reporting, follow 5S and attendance policies, and actively participate in HSE, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong manual dexterity and ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English or Spanish.
- Basic knowledge of safety and hygiene practices in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read, write, and follow directions from supervisors accurately and consistently.
