We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated individual to join our production team as an Assembler. This role involves assembling hydraulic components and subassemblies used in advanced suspension systems. The position requires attention to detail, the ability to follow standardized processes, and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
Assemble hydraulic assemblies and package kits following standardized operating processes.
Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate assembly.
Operate assembly equipment as trained to produce subassemblies that meet specifications.
Perform related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Demonstrate excellent attendance and a positive work attitude.
Use proper safety protection equipment and follow both general and equipment-specific safety rules.
Work independently and complete assignments within established parameters and practices.
Be available to work 40+ hours per week when necessary to meet production demands.
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a related manufacturing industry preferred.
Valid driver’s license required.
Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions in accordance with federal, state, and local standards (ADA, FMLA, etc.), including meeting productivity and quality expectations.
Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance in compliance with company and legal requirements.
