About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team in Goldsboro, GOLDS. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling various components and products in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that production targets are met and that all products meet our high standards of quality. Your attention to detail and ability to follow instructions will be critical to your success in this role. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all safety protocols.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with hand and power tools
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
• Experience with quality control processes

Responsibilities:

• Assemble components and products according to instructions and specifications
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all safety protocols
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets

Skills:

As an Assembler, you will use your strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions to assemble components and products according to specifications. You will also use your physical abilities to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds. Additionally, you may use hand and power tools and collaborate with team members to meet production targets. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and experience with quality control processes will be beneficial in this role.
