At Depatie Fluid Power we are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as Assemblers. In this hands-on manufacturing role, you will play an important part in assembling and preparing high-quality hydraulic and fluid power products that support our customers across a variety of industries.

We are looking for team members who take pride in their work, pay close attention to detail, and thrive in a production environment. Your work will directly contribute to operational success, product quality, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Prepares and completes basic work orders by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists, gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
• Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements.
• Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and subassemblies.
• Verifies specifications by measuring/testing completed component.
• Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
• Performs Quality checks to verify product integrity.
• Documents actions by completing production and quality forms.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Comply with health, safety, and environmental policies. 
• Ensure warehouse areas are clean, accessible, and safe for traffic. 
• Other duties as required. 

Qualifications:

• Must be able to regularly lift and/move and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Basic Problem Solving Abilities
• Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
