Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly & Packaging Associate to join our production team. In this role, you will assemble products, verify components, and package completed orders according to assembly drawings, packing lists, and work instructions. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, mechanically inclined, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret packing lists, assembly drawings, parts lists, and work instructions.
• Assemble products and subassemblies according to specifications and established procedures.
• Inspect connections, fittings, and components to ensure proper assembly and quality standards are met.
• Package completed orders accurately and securely for shipment.
• Report quality issues, equipment concerns, material shortages, or process problems to supervisors.
• Assist with training and supporting coworkers as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and production requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by production leadership.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow assembly instructions, drawings, and written procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior assembly, manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to frequently use hands for detailed assembly work.
• Good eyesight and attention to detail are required.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 60 pounds as needed.

• Manufacturing and production setting.
• Fast-paced environment with a focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.
