 The Assembler is responsible for assembling plastic products and components according to work instructions, and quality standards. This role involves manual tasks to produce finished products, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and safety throughout the production process. 

Essential Functions:  

• Assemble plastic parts using hand tools and/or power tools
• Follow work orders, and instructions to ensure proper assembly.
• Attach printed graphics using fasteners and power tools; ensure secure attachment and consistent positioning. 
• Inspect parts for quality issues
• Package finished products and label according to specifications.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations.
• Comply with safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to work with a team and exercised good judgement in decision making
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Ability to read and understand work instructions  
• Skilled in the use of various power tools, and hand tools
• Dependable and Reliable worker
• Frequently lift 50 lbs or more
• Standing on feet for an extended period of time
