Become a success story in our Fabrication Department.

Hours: Monday through Friday 6:00am-2:30pm

Starting pay: $17.00

Role and responsibility as follow: 

Assembles enclosures, subassemblies, and various products 

Able to use equipment 

• Hand tools 
• Power tools 
• Tape guns

Inspect products to verify conformance to quality standards 

Visual inspection 

Process verification 

Must be able to use hands and arms manually when: 

Moving materials and products 

Handling and installing components 

Able to read and understand Bill of Materials (BOM) and Routers. 

Must know what components are, in relation to the Bill of Materials. 

Must be able to read assembly instructions to assemble product. 

Able to assemble product based on the Bill of Materials & other documentation 

Must be able to verify product with drawings (Where applicable) 

Must be able to verify product based on Work instructions 

Must be able to lift 50 pounds or greater. 

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES 

1. The ability to see details at close range (Within a few feet of the observer). 

2.  Trunk Strength – The ability to use your abdominal and lower back muscles to support part of the body repeatedly or continuously over time without “giving out” or fatiguing. 

3. Problem Sensitivity – The ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong. It does not involve solving the problem, only recognizing there is a problem. 

4.  Deductive Reasoning – The ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense. 

5.  Manual Dexterity – The ability to quickly move your hand, your hand together with your arm, or your two hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects. 

6. Oral Comprehension – The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. 

7.  Oral Expression – The ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand. 

8.  Hand trucks or accessories – The ability to utilize pallet jacks/and other material moving accessories.

9.  Screwdrivers – Phillips screwdrivers; Straight screwdrivers 

KNOWLEDGE 

1. Public Safety and Security – Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, or national security operations for the protection of people, data, property and institutions. 

2. Production and Processing – Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.

No prior terminations for misconduct

Good Attendance is required

Previous experience in Manufacturing; preferred experience with stainless steel / metal fabrication (sheet metal preferred)

Grinding and finishing experience is a plus
