Production Rework SpecialistLocation: Anoka, MNSchedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00am–4:30pmPay: $20.00-23.00/hr to start About the RoleWe are seeking a Production Rework Specialist to join a manufacturing team focused on PCB assembly, soldering (SMT & THT), mechanical assembly, and rework. This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship. What You’ll DoAssemble PCB boards using process documents and drawingsPerform touch-up and rework on SMT and THT boards Complete fine-pitch soldering and trace repairs Use AOI remote stations for touch-up Carry out secondary operations per customer drawings Collect data to support process improvements Maintain assembly speed and quality standards Follow Quality Assurance, ESD, safety, and company policies Assist with training, as needed Operate prep equipment in the PCB area What We’re Looking For0–1 year experience in PCB assembly or manufacturing Knowledge of SMT and THT hand soldering Ability to identify electronic components Ability to read assembly drawings and use BOMs Strong communication and organizational skills High school diploma or equivalent Willing to complete IPC-610 training within 6 monthsBackShareLets get started!
