As the Aseptic Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the aseptic production processes to ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise the aseptic production team, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations
  • Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and strategies to meet production targets and deadlines

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate production activities and resolve any issues or bottlenecks
  • Oversee the maintenance and calibration of production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as pharmaceutical sciences, chemical engineering, or a related discipline
  • Proven experience in aseptic production management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
  • Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques, cGMP regulations, and quality management systems
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce
