As an ARMO Tech – Electro Mech I, you will support the assembly, maintenance, inspection, and repair of electro-mechanical equipment. You will work alongside experienced technicians and follow established procedures to ensure equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and compliance with quality and safety standards.
Fueling Your Passion
In this role, you will develop and apply your technical skills while contributing to operational excellence. You will assist with assembly and maintenance activities, interpret technical documentation, and support testing and troubleshooting of electro-mechanical systems.
As a ARMO Tech – Electro Mech I, you will be responsible for:
Reading and interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, and parts lists.
Assembling and performing basic soldering of electro-mechanical devices and components.
Following established maintenance procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.
Assisting in the inspection, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electro-mechanical equipment.
Utilizing basic hand tools, measuring devices, and testing equipment as required.
Maintaining accurate maintenance and service documentation.
Supporting equipment reliability and operational readiness through preventive maintenance activities.
Ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
Using computer systems for data entry, reporting, and operational support.
Collaborating effectively with team members to achieve operational objectives.
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will:
Have a Technical Diploma or Associate Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or a related technical field; or have a minimum of 2 years of relevant industrial experience (such as airline, military, oilfield, automotive, or manufacturing environments).
Have a basic understanding of electro-mechanical systems and components.
Have the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly documentation.
Have basic soldering and assembly skills.
Have basic computer proficiency and the ability to work with digital reporting systems.
Have strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Have effective problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
Have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
