  • 1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM-2:30 PM

  • 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 4:30 PM-1:00 AM

• Pay:

  • 1st Shift:$22.65/hr

  • 2nd Shift: $23.65/hr (includes $1.00/hr shift premium)

About the Opportunity

PDS Tech Commercial is hiring Arc Welder II professionals to support a leading industrial electrical manufacturing operation in Mayville, WI. This is an excellent opportunity for welders who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and want to build a long-term career in manufacturing.

In this role, you'll perform MIG welding on steel components, working from blueprints and production documents to create high-quality products while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate MIG welding equipment

• Weld steel components of varying shapes and thicknesses

• Read and interpret blueprints, routings, and work instructions

• Assemble parts to required specifications and tolerances

• Perform visual inspections and quality checks

• Use measuring and inspection tools to verify completed work

• Maintain productivity, quality, and safety records

• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements

• Support continuous improvement and production goals

What We're Looking For

• MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment

• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions

• Experience using measuring and inspection equipment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs. frequently

• Basic reading and writing skills for reports and production documentation

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required

• Wire Cutters

• 12" Machinist Square

• 12' Tape Measure

• 12" Adjustable Wrench

• Chisel

• Ball Peen Hammer

• Toolbox

Pay Details: $22.65 to $23.65 per hour
