York Employment has an immediate opening for an experienced **Accounts Receivable Specialist and Billing **in the city of Cerritos! (Food industry)

This role focuses on billing and collections, cash apps ensuring accurate invoicing, strong cash flow, and excellent client relationships.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Cash application

Billing

Credit processing

Collections

Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes and procedures.

Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and effectively manage

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of Accounts Receivable & billing experience

• Experience in food distribution or logistics (preferred)

• Proficiency in accounting systems (QuickBooks, SAP, Nav, or similar)

• Strong Excel and MS Office skills

• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
