As an AR Reconciliation and Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining our customer data,  analyzing and reporting on accounts receivables related information, and reconciling account information to drive process improvement.

  • Prepare weekly forecasting of cash collections from our customers for Management review, and update the forecasting model as needed
  • Assist in managing the receivables purchase agreement (RPA) by running reports of the accounts receivables balances that are eligible to borrow against 
  • Upload invoice reports to our lender's website to initiate borrowing against our receivables
  • Preparing requested supporting documents for audits related to our RPA
  • Reconcile high volume, and/or complex customer accounts to identify the root cause of issues
  • Work cross-functionally in the organization to communicate and help resolve issues impacting accounts receivable
  • Assist in projects to help clean-up customer master-data, including but not limited to identifying accounts to be closed, adding tax ID numbers, linking related accounts, and updating account information
  • Verify, reconcile and update accounts by reviewing discrepancies to produce accurate and credible data
  • Evaluate accounting operations processes, systems and procedures for efficiency of workflow; identify process improvements and provide recommended solutions through automation and application of lean concepts
  • Identify and correct discrepancies and explain variances to management
  • Partner with finance and IT to standardize the workflow, creating dashboards to help measure performance
  • Identify opportunities to improve and automate processes and controls and drive continuous improvement


  • BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or related field required; CPA a plus.
  • 3-5 years of Accounts Receivable or related experience
  • Demonstrated advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, look-ups, complex formulas, etc.) Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; Oracle knowledge a plus
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Self-motivated and self-directed; able to work without supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to create trust and build relationships
  • Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
