Job Description

Job Purpose

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible to work to complete service work orders (SWO) and perform preventative maintenance (PM) checks at the Harmony manufacturing facility as well as a Zelienople warehouse.   

Duties and Responsibilities 

• Troubleshoot day-to-day issues that may occur that limit production processes 

• Complete scheduled SWOs and issues that may arise 

• Perform preventative maintenance checks 

• Follow maintenance procedures 

• Work on repairs and installation activities related to our facility 

• Assist with equipment inventory 

• Ensure compliance on environmental, health and safety policies 

• Ensure housekeeping is kept for maintenance shop and projects 

• Respond to call ins during emergency breakdowns (when applicable)

Qualifications

Qualifications 

• Education:  High School diploma/GED required 

• Strong mechanical background 

• Pipe welding experience 

• Working knowledge of electrical background 

• Experience: 4 years in Maintenance (preferred), 4 years in Mechanical knowledge (preferred) 

• Experience in manufacturing setting operations 

• Detail oriented 

• Understanding of technical aspects of relevant systems 

• Working knowledge of the facilities machines and equipment 

• Team player characteristics as well as independent worker 

Other Details 

• Schedule/Type: Full-time, 8-hour shift 

• Payrate: Hourly, depends on experiece

• Location: Evans City Manufacturing facility and Zelienople Warehouse
