Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and operation of various machining tools and equipment.
• Learn to interpret technical drawings and specifications to produce high-quality parts.
• Support experienced machinists in performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines.
• Participate in training sessions to develop skills in machining techniques and safety practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical school experience is a plus.
• Basic understanding of machining processes and tools is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
