Electrician Apprentices & Journeymen Needed – Per Diem + Overtime AvailableLocation: Remote job site (500-acre field environment)Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 6–7 days/week (rotating days off)Pay & BenefitsApprentices: $20–$30/hourJourneymen: $30–$40/hour(Pay may be adjusted slightly based on experience and availability.)Per Diem: $50/dayLodging: Fully covered (2 workers per room, 2 queen beds)RV Option: Assistance with campsite rental fees for those bringing campersLocation: Witchia Falls, TXJob ResponsibilitiesTermination of panels, transformers, and RV pedestalsBuild racks and install electrical panelsSet transformersPull CIC (Cable-in-Conduit; PVC with pre-installed wiring)Manage small crews (2–5 workers) (Journeyman-level)Layout service padsLabel panelsInstall pole-mounted lighting fixturesWork EnvironmentOutdoor project in a large, open 500-acre siteConditions may be challenging, including:High windsHigh temperaturesSafety is a priority; heat conditions have been present on-siteSchedule DetailsCurrently working 12-hour days, 6 days per weekProject may require 7-day coverageCrews are split and rotated to ensure fairness:Alternating Saturdays and Sundays offIf you’re off Saturday one week, you’ll be off Sunday the nextWhat We're Looking ForReliable, hardworking individuals with electrical construction experienceAbility to work long hours in outdoor conditionsTeam players willing to adapt to rotating schedules
