Apprentice and Journeyman Electrician
Pay: $24.00 - $34.00 per hour

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Journeyman Electricians to join our team in the Phoenix-Metro Area. This role is ideal for a highly motivated professional with at least 3 years (for apprentice) or at least 5 years (for Journeyman) of experience in large-scale commercial and industrial new construction projects. The ideal candidate will be self-sufficient, safety-focused, and equipped with all tools of the trade.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial new construction environments
- Run conduit (EMT, rigid, PVC), pull wire, and terminate panels, switchgear, and fixtures
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes
- Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and other trades on job sites
- Troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently and accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial and/or industrial electrical work
- Proven experience on large-scale new construction projects
- Must own and maintain all necessary tools of the trade
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and safety practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work on feet for extended periods
Preferred Skills (Not Required):
- Experience with high-voltage systems
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
- Experience with instrumentation or controls
