Currently, we are seeking an Application Engineer IV – Backend Developer to join our Team! 

Requirements

 Must Have: 

• Programming in Python; writing and deploying Django applications (specifically ReST implementation and running database migrations); relational database management systems (preferably MariaDB/MySQL); comfortable interfacing applications with a messaging queue (Tibco/RabbitMQ/ActiveMQ); Git/Jira/Confluence
• Knowledge: familiarity with Docker; SSL/PKI/Kerberos; Linux/Bash; Ansible/Salt/AWS 
• TS/SCI w/ POLYGRAPH REQUIRED BEFORE CONSIDERATION 

Desired Skills: 

• Powershell, ELK Stack, Galera

Primary Responsibilities:

• The Application Engineer will be responsible for fixing, maintaining, supporting, and developing new features for a Django Python application, its ReST API, and a number of standalone applications which connect to it through a message queue.

Education & Experience: 

• High school diploma/GED and 12 years, or AS and 10 years, or BS and 8 years, or MS and 6 years

Clearance Requirements

• TS/SCI w/ POLYGRAPH REQUIRED BEFORE CONSIDERATION
