Job Description

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Technology preferred
• 10+ years of manufacturing experience
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment, tooling, and automation
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, prints, dimensions, and tolerances
• 3D/2D CAD experience, including AutoCAD and Inventor
• Knowledge of PLCs and controls
• Support sales, cost estimating and technical proposal writing
• Recommend manufacturing processes and automation
• Prepare tooling and equipment cost estimates
• Strong Excel skills
• Metal stamping and forming experience preferred
