Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the local Sales team to provide pre-sales support and technical presentations regarding product strategy and roadmaps, features, industry technology and competitive positioning.
  • Deliver our key value propositions to technical and managerial personnel at customers.
  • Define demo scenarios, conduct product demos and drive technology benchmarks.
  • Collect customer feedback and provide input to Marketing for design requirements, product enhancements, new product opportunities relating to the development and execution of product features, technical demonstrations, presentations, marketing collateral and sales tools.
  • Build and maintain a good relation with customers and prospects.
  • Local management of EU customers’ projects.
  • Work with program manager to ensure timely customer project execution and issue resolution.
  • Manage & diagnose customer issues, collect debug logs from customer setups, be able to replicate and analyze customer issues to propose solutions.
  • Work with technical groups inside of Quantenna to:

- resolve customers and field issues.

- improve products, tools and other deliverables.

  • Electrical Engineering degree.
  • At least 10 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to simply and clearly explain and demonstrate technology and develop compelling proposals and deliver persuasive.
  • Knowledge and practical experience of WLAN (802.11ac, 802.11ax).
  • Previous exposure to embedded software support.
  • Accepts responsibility, is self-motivated and accountable for contributing to revenue and profit targets.
  • Results-oriented, excellent ability to utilize and manage the organization’s resources to achieve sales goals.
  • Past record of success.
