Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot appliance issues, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens.
• Perform repairs and replacements of defective parts in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about the repair process.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist in training junior technicians as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in appliance repair is a plus.
• Proven experience as an appliance repair technician or similar role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to lift heavy appliances and work in various environments.

This is a field role: the work happens at customer and job sites rather than at a single worksite, and you will be based within driving distance of the job location. Expect day trips to job sites, with most nights at home.
