## Responsibilities
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with various household appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers.
Perform repairs and maintenance on appliances to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and repair options, providing excellent customer service.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working in customers' homes.
Provide estimates for repair costs and follow up on service calls as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in appliance repair is a plus.
Proven experience as an appliance repair technician or similar role.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in appliance repair.
This is a field role: the work happens at customer and job sites rather than at a single worksite, and you will be based within driving distance of the job location. Expect day trips to job sites, with most nights at home.
