Express Employment Professionals is hiring an experienced Appliance Repair Technician for a respected property management company serving multi-family communities in Port Orchard. We are looking for a skilled technician who is highly knowledgeable in household appliance repair and committed to delivering excellent customer service and professionalism while working in occupied residential units.

Job Duties

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential appliances including washing machines, dishwashers, and ranges/ovens
• Complete service requests across multi-family apartment communities
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on appliances
• Communicate effectively with tenants and property management staff
• Maintain a high level of professionalism while working in residents’ homes
• Accurately document repairs, parts used, and completed work orders
• Ensure timely completion of assigned service calls

Requirements

• Proven experience repairing household appliances
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• High level of professionalism and reliability
• Comfortable working in occupied residential environments
• Valid driver’s license

Hours/Shift

Tuesday – Saturday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay

$24–$26/hour DOE
