• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions.
• Stay updated on the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques.
• Work independently and manage your schedule effectively to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in appliance repair is a plus.
• Proven experience as an appliance repair technician or similar role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to lift heavy appliances and perform manual tasks.
• EPA Type 1
