## Responsibilities
Diagnose issues with various household appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens.
Perform repairs and maintenance on appliances to ensure optimal performance.
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about repairs and maintenance.
Keep accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used.
Stay updated on the latest appliance technology and repair techniques.
Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while on the job.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in appliance repair is a plus.
Proven experience as an appliance repair technician or similar role.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
This is a field role: the work happens at customer and job sites rather than at a single worksite, and you will be based within driving distance of the job location. Expect day trips to job sites, with most nights at home.
