Full-Time | $21–$28/hour + Bonuses

What You’ll Do

• Travel to customers’ homes to diagnose and repair appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, microwaves)
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build trust with homeowners
• Recommend solutions to improve appliance performance and longevity
• Maintain an organized service vehicle and manage parts inventory
• Complete service calls efficiently and accurately

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED
• EPA Type I or Universal Certification (preferred/required)
• 1–2 years of appliance repair or related mechanical experience (preferred not required)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to use a smartphone for scheduling and parts ordering
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Physical & Work Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs occasionally)
• Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime
• Travel up to 75%+ (local daily routes)

• Service area includes Jackson, MI (49203) and surrounding regions
