What You’ll Do
Visit local customers’ homes to diagnose and repair a range of home appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and more
Troubleshoot and fix mechanical issues using your experience and your tools
Provide a top-tier customer experience—you’re the expert they’re counting on
In addition to repairs, you’ll offer protection plans and add-ons that benefit the customer—and your paycheck
Keep your tools and vehicle organized—use a company vehicle or bring your own, whichever works better for you
Grow your skillset and become more valuable with each new type of appliance or service you learn
Support your team and your customers with professionalism and pride
WhoWe’re Looking For
A hands-on worker who enjoys diagnosing problems and fixing things
Self-driven, responsible, and strong mechanical aptitude
Flexible with working hours and open to learning new types of repairs to expand your workload
Able to lift and move up to 100 lbs safely and perform daily physical tasks
Comfortable using an iPhone and mobile app for part orders and job updates
High school diploma or GED required
EPA Certification (Type I or Universal) is a plus—we’ll help you get certified if needed
Must pass a background check and drug screening, and have a valid driver’s license
