What You’ll Do

• Visit local customers’ homes to diagnose and repair a range of home appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and more

• Troubleshoot and fix mechanical issues using your experience and your tools

• Provide a top-tier customer experience—you’re the expert they’re counting on

• In addition to repairs, you’ll offer protection plans and add-ons that benefit the customer—and your paycheck

• Keep your tools and vehicle organized—use a company vehicle or bring your own, whichever works better for you

• Grow your skillset and become more valuable with each new type of appliance or service you learn

• Support your team and your customers with professionalism and pride

WhoWe’re Looking For

• A hands-on worker who enjoys diagnosing problems and fixing things

• Self-driven, responsible, and strong mechanical aptitude

• Flexible with working hours and open to learning new types of repairs to expand your workload

• Able to lift and move up to 100 lbs safely and perform daily physical tasks

• Comfortable using an iPhone and mobile app for part orders and job updates

• High school diploma or GED required

• EPA Certification (Type I or Universal) is a plus—we’ll help you get certified if needed

• Must pass a background check and drug screening, and have a valid driver’s license
