What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves
• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Manage parts and maintain your service vehicle
• Recommend helpful solutions to customers

What You’ll Need

• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• EPA Type I or Universal Certification
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift, move, and work in a physically active environment
• Appliance repair experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills

You should be proficient in:

• Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certification
