We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Appliance and Refrigeration Technician to join our team in Duluth, MN. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of household appliances and refrigeration units. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with appliances and refrigeration systems.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on a wide range of appliances, including washers, dryers, ovens, and refrigerators.
• Install new appliances and ensure proper functionality.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies related to appliances and refrigeration.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working in clients' homes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in appliance repair is a plus.
• Proven experience as an appliance and refrigeration technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• EPA Type 1 or Universatl preferred.

This is a field role: the work happens at customer and job sites rather than at a single worksite, and you will be based within driving distance of the job location. Expect day trips to job sites, with most nights at home.
