Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a variety of household appliances, including washers, dryers, ovens, and refrigerators.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Install new appliances and refrigeration units, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and inventory.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in appliance and refrigeration technology.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on-site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in appliance repair or refrigeration preferred.
• Proven experience as an appliance and refrigeration technician or similar role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with electrical and mechanical systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• EPA Type 1 or Universal
