Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on various appliances to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
• Stay updated on the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques.
• Work collaboratively with team members to resolve complex repair issues.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working in customers' homes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in appliance repair is a plus.
• Proven experience as an appliance repair technician or similar role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with safety practices and regulations in the repair industry.
• Experience with soldering/brazing
