Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC and HVAC/R systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct mechanical troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Handle electrical tasks, including wiring, lighting, and circuit repairs.
• Install and repair windows, ensuring energy efficiency and aesthetic quality.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and management.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe and pleasant living environment for all residents.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in an apartment or commercial setting.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and HVAC/R systems.
• Excellent mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Commercial electrical expertise, including knowledge of safety standards and codes.
• Experience with window installation and repair.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
