• Apartment Leasing ConsultantLocation: Vancouver, WAPay: $27.00/hourSchedule: Full-TimeAre you outgoing, organized, and passionate about providing great customer service? We are looking for an Apartment Leasing Consultant to join a residential property team in Vancouver, WA. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying busy, and playing an important role in the day-to-day success of a community.What You'll Do:Market available apartment homes through online listings, community outreach, and follow-up with prospective residents to help maximize occupancy.Respond to leasing inquiries, schedule tours, and guide prospective residents through the leasing process.Serve as a primary point of contact for current and prospective residents, vendors, and property contacts.Assist with daily property operations, leasing activities, and overall community performance.Maintain accurate leasing and resident records.Coordinate with maintenance teams and vendors to help ensure resident concerns and property needs are addressed promptly.Assist with rent-related documentation, reporting, and other administrative responsibilities.Help maintain a welcoming, professional, and well-kept community.Follow established policies and procedures, including Fair Housing requirements and applicable housing regulations.What We're Looking For:Previous apartment leasing, property management, or related customer service experience preferred.Knowledge of Fair Housing practices.Strong customer service and communication skills.Comfortable working with prospective residents and conducting property tours.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to follow up with leads and build positive resident relationships.Comfortable using computers, email, online listings, and property management/leasing systems.Dependable, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Why You'll Love This Opportunity:$27.00/hourFull-time opportunityWork in the Vancouver, WA areaVariety of leasing, customer service, and property operations responsibilitiesOpportunity to build your experience in the property management industryInterested?
